El Cid Restaurant Identity
El Cid, a tapas bar in Chelsea, needed to inject some high-end aesthetic to their current brand. My focus was to bring the flavors of Spain into the foreground, placing emphasis on the different environmental elements in Spain which lend influence to El Cid's cuisine. Using vintage botanical illustrations, the logo is made to be a flexible container, forming a 'window' into the current season's ingredients and mood.
